Axone 2000 for Passenger Cars

Self-diagnosis

Today it is no longer possible to intervene on vehicle maintenance
without possessing instruments able to communicate with the various
electronic units present on the vehicle. Texa, today’s leader in
self-diagnosis solutions, manufactures instruments able to interface with more than 35,000 systems present in various vehicles (cars, motorcycles and trucks).

Software upgrades available through the Internet

Given the frenetic pace at which electronics applied to vehicles evolves, this Internet-based upgrade system is an essential function. For the cost of a telephone call, car repairers can connect Axone 2000 to
the Texa Centre in order to access the most recent upgrades available.

Axone 2000 is also able to download the weekly technical bullettins on verified malfunctions or on descriptions of the procedures to follow for the use of new diagnosis functions.

Connection to PC

The instrument can be connected to a PC, thus making the use of graphic and memory resources (typical of personal computers)
possible in order to perform useful checks for diagnosis, filing and
printing.

Texa database
Axone 2000 makes available all the information present in the
Texa database, which includes the wiring diagrams, data, procedures
and oscillograms required to identify the origin of vehicle system faults. A wealth of further detailed information is also made available through video and photos.

Additional modules
Axone 2000 can use special hardware

modules, which are installed on the instrument according to the required
function:

- oscilloscope

- multimeter

- TNET module

- pressure check

- battery recharge start check

Modular design

Axone 2000 can easily be integrated with Pegaso Expander, the
basic station designed to provide an irreplaceable instrument for gas and exhaust and fume analysis.
Pegaso Expander measures CO, CO corr., CO2, HC, O2, NOx, lambda, engine revs, temperature, atmospheric pressure, lambda 1 signal, lambda 2 signal and smoke tester.
